Richard Seow inaugrated as new Chairman of the ACS Board of Governors

Its with great pleasure to inform all old boys from our cohort (especially those currently overseas) that as of 17th March 2008 Richard Seow from our class 4D took the mantle as the new chairman of the ACS Board of Governors.
